At Polo Assn. Poland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the receipt or packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
